Refund Policy

The challenge fee gives access to a digital skill-evaluation service on a demo account. Unless required otherwise by mandatory law, the fees paid are non-refundable once access has been activated.
1. General principle
Purchases made on SportFunded are one-time payments granting access to an evaluation challenge and its associated user area. Once payment is confirmed and access to the service is activated, no refund is due, including in the event of failing the challenge, a change of mind, inactivity, a misunderstanding of the rules, or non-use of the account.
2. Digital service and immediate performance
By creating an account and completing payment, the user requests immediate access to the SportFunded digital service. Where applicable law permits, the user acknowledges that performance of the service begins immediately and agrees to waive any right of withdrawal for this digital content or service.
3. Non-refundable cases
The following, in particular, do not give rise to a refund:
- failing the challenge;
- breaching the program rules;
- closure or suspension of the account for fraud, abuse or circumvention;
- not having read the rules before purchase;
- absence of results, payout or account validation;
- temporary difficulties related to the API, the odds, third-party providers or maintenance;
- use of a promotional discount.
4. Limited exceptions
SportFunded may consider a refund only in the following cases:
- a payment charged twice by mistake for the same challenge and the same account;
- a payment confirmed by Stripe but access never activated despite a request to support;
- an obvious error attributable to SportFunded that completely prevents access to the service for an abnormal period of time.
These exceptions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may require supporting documents.
5. Fees refunded through payouts
The commercial refund of challenge fees mentioned on the site is a benefit granted to users who validate their challenge and obtain payouts. It is not an automatic refund of the initial payment in the event of failure or abandonment.
6. Chargebacks and payment disputes
In the event of an abusive payment dispute, SportFunded may suspend the account, block access to the service, cancel associated benefits and share the necessary information with the payment provider.
7. Support request
Any request must be sent to contact@sportfunded.com with the account email, the challenge concerned, the payment date and a precise description of the issue.
